The country is a safe haven for global capital and offers investors a stable financial, political and legal environment. The German real estate market is thriving in spite of difficult economic conditions.

Property prices in key locations in Germany are on the rise due to historically low mortgage rates and interest deposit rates. Therefore, there is a large influx of domestic and foreign investors seeking good quality and high yielding properties.


We are interested in investing in commercial real estate properties such as supermarkets and gas service stations. When it comes to residential real estate properties we seek to invest in high yield multiple tenant residential buildings. 

Our criteria:

  • properties in North Rhine-Westphalia
  • expanding population centers
  • infrastructure build-ups
  • location in vicinity of (public) transportation, shops, schools and cultural amenities.

For our special focus on supermarket properties we seek:

  • retail space for discounters: 1000m2 - 1500m2
  • retail space for hypermarkets: >2500m2
  • built: >1980s
  • multi-year rental contracts
  • parking facilities
  • located in population centers.

Our strategy:

Selecting and procuring high-yield investment properties for short-term rental income and long-term future capital gains.
